We also want to take this opportunity to remind you that feature requests and bug reports can be directly made using the embedded question mark widget found on the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
You can get the fastest support by reporting bugs or other issues this way, as it helps our team manage and allocate support tickets to the best team member who can help!
We've also made the bug report board completely private, so that only you and our support team can view the conversation. This will allow us to get account-sensitive information directly on your post when it's required to fix the issue, without having to worry about other people seeing it.
Previously, you had to create a Featurebase account when using our Feedback Board or an account was automatically generated for you when creating a post through the question mark widget in your dashboard.
Now, you can directly access our Feedback Board and our new Help Center by logging in with your existing ChatDash account.
We're taking steps to keep this new Help Center up-to-date at all times and to improve our support system to get you the help you need as fast as possible. So, as always, thank you for being part of the ChatDash community and let us know what can be improved!
