We have a round of small quality of life improvements to the AI Analysis feature!

AI Credits Menu

• Added a separate AI Credits tab to the agency settings page as a centralized menu to view information related to your AI credits.

• Purchase credits like before and view the new credit usage logs to get a sense of how your credits are being utilized!

Auto-Tag Manual Trigger

• Added a button next to "auto-tagging" that allows you to manually trigger an instance of auto-tagging.

• Use to assign topics for newly imported projects or previously imported conversations that were not assigned topics for any case!

AI Credit Usage Alert

• Added a popup before proceeding with manual operations that use AI credits (auto-tag manual trigger, FAQ generation for project report).

• Popup displays the estimated credit usage to clarify how many credits will be used before you proceed with the operation.

Internal System Improvements

• Stability Improvements to our internal systems that handle AI Analysis.
