We've just released an important update in regards to how we sync call transcripts for Retell and Vapi agents, as well as some general quality of life improvements to the dashboard! 🚀

Live Sync via Webhook (supported for Retell & Vapi)

• Call transcripts will now be synced into ChatDash in real-time by leveraging the webhook support on agent platforms.

  • "Agent Level Webhook URL" for Retell

  • "Server URL" for Vapi

• To not interrupt existing projects, there will be an option to manually switch over to this "Live Sync" mode in the "Edit Chatbot" menu.

Custom Metrics Improvements

• Color Customization – Pick your own colors for your charts,

• Previous-Period On/Off – Have the choice to show previous period or not,

• Editing Page – Custom charts are now editable,

• Funnel Chart – Visualize step-by-step with our brand-new funnel type.,

Conversation Label Variable

• The variable used to label conversations on the "Conversations" page can now be customized to any of the fields attached to the conversation object.,

• Setting can be found under "Conversations" inside the "Client Access" menu.

Multi-Domain Support for Client Embed URLs

• A single client embed URL can now be generated with multiple domains, allowing the same URL to be accessed from different domains.
