Hello ChatDash Team,
We are currently providing analytics for a client with multiple physical stores, and they are comparing the performance of their different locations side-by-side in the "Analytics" section. We have created custom charts to sort the stores independently, based on the metric of that specific chart (e.g., "Total Calls" sorts high-to-low, and "Transferred Calls" sorts high-to-low, but the order of the stores changes). It would be a massive improvement if the stores could maintain the same sort order across all graphs. For example, if we could sort them by store number or name (e.g., Store 100, Store 101, Store 102...), that order would remain fixed for every single chart on the page.
Similar to the sorting, the colors assigned to each store also seem to change in each chart. "Store 100" might be blue in the first graph but green or red in the next one. It would be much more intuitive if the colors were "sticky" or persistent for each store. If "Store 100" is assigned the color blue, it should be blue across all charts on the dashboard. This would make the data much easier to read and instantly recognizable.
Both of these changes would dramatically improve the professionalism and usability of the analytics dashboard, especially for agencies like us who manage clients with multiple locations, agents, or campaigns. Thank you for your consideration.
