Please make an integration for Retell AI’s Chat Agent so Chat Dash can accept that type of agents ID. I feel it could work similar with similar analytics, conversation history (just no audio)

Ability to have sub agencies. Instead of only billing clients you are able to bill agencies under you if they have clients themselves. I feel its more beneficial than having to create a separate agency. Something like a main agency has clients and sub agencies and those sub agencies have clients themselves. This would allow the main agency just to bill the sub agency.

the reason call ended should be clickable. that way we can see exactly which contacts ended for which specific reason. Also having a filter for reason calls ended, call duration, etc. in the conversations tab would be nice.

Hi, we are using <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://Cal.com">Cal.com</a> with Elevenlabs Convai to set up appointments (we are an agency). It would great to integrate the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="http://Cla.com">Cla.com</a> calendar into the user page so we (and our clients) can have all the appointments info directly there.

When someone requests to speak to a human agent, it would be great to assign that request to a specific and available human agent and track that conversation.

The following would be great<ol><li>Being able to do everything on the other platforms (retell, 11labs,etc) as a whitelable on this platform. So changing voices, prompts, temperature, batchcalls, etc. </li><li>Being able to set different pricing for everythin in #1. for example, retell has a .005 per call when it does batch calls. It would be cool if we could change that price in out whitelable and pocket the differenct. so instead of .005 it would be .01 on our end. </li></ol>
