Sub Agency

Ability to have sub agencies. Instead of only billing clients you are able to bill agencies under you if they have clients themselves. I feel its more beneficial than having to create a separate agency. Something like a main agency has clients and sub agencies and those sub agencies have clients themselves. This would allow the main agency just to bill the sub agency.
