Add the ability to clone Cartesia voices directly from the native builder

Retell AI lets us clone voices from an audio file to add them to our library, but unfortunately this isn’t possible from the native builder. For people like me who develop agents in languages other than English, the available voices are too poor, and we have no choice but to clone our own voices. Without that, we unfortunately can’t use the native builder. I hope this will be added soon!
