I was looking at Intercom the other day and really liked their chatbot user interface. Having more navigation inside the chatbot, going between tabs at the bottom and being able to see previous conversations makes it feel much more cohesive and integrated into the website.
Features:
Home Screen with some editable CTA buttons (Start call, live support hand-off)
Conversation history tab.
Option to add other navigation tabs? (using iFrames)
Would love to see this become part of the ChatDash product.
