Allow custom session timeout settings for web users

Currently, users are being logged out of the ChatDash web app (Chrome/Safari) too quickly due to short session timeouts. This disrupts the user experience, especially when reading transcripts or navigating between items.

It would be helpful to allow admins or users to configure session timeout duration, or at least extend the default timeout to reduce unnecessary logouts.

This is not a major issue, but it is a recurring annoyance for our clients. A configurable timeout setting would improve usability and reduce friction for users working within longer sessions.
