API Access for Conversation Analytics & Automated Daily Reporting

Hi Chat-Dash team,

I'm building an automated daily reporting system for one of my AI voice clients using Make.com.

Currently, I can manually export conversation data from Chat-Dash as a CSV, and I can see that the Chat-Dash dashboard itself retrieves conversation data through your internal API.

My goal is to automatically generate and email a daily executive report every day at 5:00 PM without scraping Retell directly.

Ideally, I'd like one of the following:

• A documented API endpoint for Conversations or Analytics • A permanent API key/service account for server-to-server requests • A scheduled CSV export • A webhook or reporting endpoint that returns conversation analytics for a specified date range

The daily report would include metrics such as:

• Total conversations

• Business hours vs. after-hours calls

• Average call duration

• AI resolution rate

• Transfer rate

• Top call reasons

• Call end reasons

• Daily trends

This would allow agencies like mine to automatically deliver professional daily reports to clients.

Is there an official API or another supported method for automating these exports?
