Calculated Fields for Custom Dashboard Widgets

First off, I absolutely love ChatDash. We're using it as the client-facing analytics dashboard for our AI voice agents, and it's quickly becoming one of our favorite tools.

One feature that would make it incredibly powerful for agencies would be support for calculated dashboard widgets and custom client variables.

Right now, widgets can perform operations like Count, Sum, Average, etc., but they can't perform calculations on those results.

For example, many of us sell AI subscriptions that include a monthly minute allowance.

Example:

• Included Minutes: 500

• Minutes Used: SUM(duration)

• Minutes Remaining: 500 - SUM(duration)

I'd love the ability to create Number widgets using formulas such as:

• Minutes Remaining

• Minutes Used This Billing Cycle

• Usage Percentage

• Estimated Monthly Invoice

• Overage Minutes

• Cost Per Minute

• Average Cost Per Call

It would also be extremely helpful if each client dashboard could have configurable variables like:

• Included Minutes

• Monthly Call Limit

• Billing Start Date

• Billing End Date

• Monthly Budget

• Cost Per Minute

Those variables could then be referenced inside formulas and widgets.

For agencies like ours that manage AI voice agents for multiple clients, this would eliminate the need for external databases or BI tools just to calculate subscription usage.

I genuinely believe this would make ChatDash one of the strongest client reporting platforms available for AI agencies.
