Campaign trigger STILL not working

I inquired with Retell and they said it may be a twilio issue. However I checked with Twilio and eveything set up correctly. To confirm, i launched a live call from Retell to my phone number to test it and it worked fine. Any other thoughts on why none of the calls are being triggered with a launch the campaign through Chatdash? I also tried launching another 33 call campaign on Monday and all of them failed.
