Clarify how to configure voice agents for each client

Hello, I’m still confused on how this works — I created an agent in Retell. It’s a general agent with placeholder variables. I now want that agent to take on the client-specific variables. Do I do that here in chat dash? Or, do I have to make a new agent for each client in retell?
