Client cannot modify workflow in Agent portal

Hey there, we are doing some testing and noticed that if a client looks at its agent, it brings up the agent dashboard and the client cannot edit or work on the workflows for the agent. It can only be worked on from the Admin side. Can you make it possible for clients to be able to edit or work on their agent from their login?
