Client cannot modify workflow in Agent portal

Hey there, we are doing some testing and noticed that if a client looks at its agent, it brings up the agent dashboard and the client cannot edit or work on the workflows for the agent. It can only be worked on from the Admin side. Can you make it possible for clients to be able to edit or work on their agent from their login?

It is impossible to increase concurrency

Sorry to say this, but the price increase is ridiculously high. I have paid like 35 dollars up to date per month, now you have increased to 150 dollars a month. Yes I know that you have contacted us regarding this, but this is just ridiculous.

Numbers showing incorrectly on dashboard for Retell agent

For the last 2 days, the dashboard has been showing 0 minutes and 0 calls on my agents, even though I can see calls being made on Retell call logs. error_retell needs to be more generic

Can you make the error message from retell not show the retell name? This is critical for me to use the dashboard. I cant give access to customers until this is corrected. Even if it was just Error, would be appreciated.
