nalytics Dashboard Not Populating Despite Transcription & Recording Availability

I created an agent in Retell AI and successfully tested calls. The transcription and recording for each call are available, but the analytics section remains empty. It is not fetching or displaying any metrics, even for past calls that already have transcripts and recordings. Please check why analytics data is not being generated or displayed.
