Conversation ID In Dashboard

Hi guys,

A feature that’s been strongly requested from our clients is for every conversation to have a specific ID in the dashboard.

Why you may ask?
Well currently, it is quite awkward for a client to refer you to a specific conversations, they need to say things like “the chat on October 14th at 8:09am”. This feels a bit messy and a code like “Conversation #536348” would be much more helpful for all.

Could you please implement - I think this would be a big step forward.
