Conversations Not Showing

Hi, I don´t know why the conversations in my dashboard are not showing. I have checked the use chatwidget option and are currently integrating a Voiceflow WhatsApp agent through flowbridge.

Do I need to change the integration of the whatsapp channel to chat-dash for it to work?
