Conversations stopped showing in client dashboard

As of yesterday our client’s conversations stopped showing up in the dashboard. We have verified calls being made. They were working fine for a few weeks before that. This is for a Vapi agent, and all call records are showing fine in Vapi. We made no changes on our end. Need to get this fixed asap and missing conversations repopulated.
