CRM for inbound calls

Would it be possible to save the phone numbers and names of the users who call us? Just like we do with the leads from the calls sent in a campaign? This way we could also sort them by tags and have a CRM, which would be very, very complete. Plus, we could use these contacts who call us for future campaigns as well. Thank you so much
