Custom error message when a client reaches their monthly incoming Text Message Limit

Add a custom message option when a client reaches their monthly incoming Text Message Limit.

There is an option to set the limit, but when this is reached, the bot simply replies β€œSorry an error has occurred.”

It would be a great feature to be able to customised this message in the project settings under the limit to something that is more relevant like a call to action.
