Customer is seeing wrong minutes and overcharges

We have a customer that is seeing wrong minutes in the total usage section.

So in the subscription details section, it's showing total usage as 2307.40 minutes while analytics shows 194.47 minutes, which is a more accurate number. Can you please help?
