Enable agents to reply to WhatsApp messages directly from the client panel

Agents can currently view WhatsApp conversations in the ChatDash client panel, but they are unable to directly reply to these messages. This functionality is available for widget conversations, and users are requesting the ability for agents to interact and reply to WhatsApp messages directly from the client panel to streamline communication.
