FAVICON UPLOAD DOESN'T WORK

doesn’t let me upload. tried png & jpg. all scaled how u asked on the site. plz help. Your site says to make it 32 x 32 or 16 x 16 but doesn’t mention pixels or inches

I changed the last one to 16x16 pixels and it still doesn’t work
