Dear Chat-dash group,
I'm writing to request the ability to assign multiple tags to a single lead.
Currently, we're limited to just one tag
in the conversation section of each agent, but our leads often fit into several categories at once (e.g., interested, appointment, business, etc.). Allowing multiple tags would significantly improve our ability to segment and filter leads effectively.
