In-built User Feedback Option

It would be great to have options for users to leave feedback for the chatbot.

1. During conversation - Like ChatGPT has, you can thumbs up or thumbs down a response if you are happy or unhappy with it. This would be a good way to flag when a chatbot is giving bad responses. (See my badly drawn image)

2. At end of conversation - If the user clicks refresh conversation, or they don’t message for 30 seconds, it could ask if the user is willing to provide feedback. If yes, it gets them to rate it out of 5 and share a message. I know this can be made in voiceflow (I’ve made it), but it would be handy if it was a native feature in ChatDash.

The User Feedback button would then appear in the side menu and be able to toggle on and off inside the chatbot settings, just like other features.
