Knowledge Base Management (Folders)

It would be a useful feature to be able to organise files and URLs into folders inside the Knowledge Base menu.

This could even be purely cosmetic where it doesn’t effect the KB on Voiceflow/OpenAI/anything else, but is purely for the agency or the client to organise their files.
