Knowledge Base Tab - Tabular Data

As we mostly use the tabular KB upload and structure the data in tabular format - we’d like to be able to see in the Knowledge Base tab to see / be able to edit the tabular data. Right now, there seems to be no option how to even display the tabular data within KB.
