Configuration error when setting up my first project

Hello dear ChatDash team,

I am currently trying to create a first project via your platform in order to be able to use the chat function for our customer projects (e.g. for our store).

Unfortunately, I keep getting the same error message:
"Unfortunately, an error has occurred" even though I follow all the steps.
(See attached screenshots - especially the note "Please Add ChatDash Project ID in Project Settings").

I was referred to you by vapi support with the recommendation to use your platform. So I really hope you can help me to fix the bug.

Please give me a short feedback on what I might have done wrong - I want to make sure that I can realize the next projects for our customers without any problems.
