Hello,
I’m currently using the Vapi Assistant via Chat-Dash and noticed that while it supports both voice and text-based chat, the dashboard doesn’t allow selecting or configuring the preferred interaction mode.
It would be very helpful to have a setting that lets users explicitly choose between voice, chat, or a combination of both — especially for tailoring the assistant to different use cases.
Is this feature planned for a future release, or is there a current workaround?
