Optional Client Project Settings Access

When choosing options for the Client Dashboard Access menu, add option to add Project Settings too.

So the client can change the Project Settings themselves (eg Theme, Settings, Channel Connections, AI Analysis, Parse, Prototype, Embed Code).

If we can choose what settings tab to show, would be good to.
