Prompt showing up in transcript

The system prompt from Vapi is showing up in the call transcript. The AI agent doesn’t read this to the user (you’ll see below the conversation starts at “Hello?”).

This is customer-facing and it looks messy. How do I hide the prompt from the transcript?
