An idea would be to provide an add-on service and another page where we could have a ticketing system as part of a custom dashboard feature within the given Clients. There is a need for the handoff from AI to humans, and having a ticketing system would allow a customer to see all of the tickets that were created and those that need additional support on a follow-up.
Also, having the ability to manage the tickets in different stages from New, Pending and Solved in its simplest forms would be great.
Any AI summary and call recording on the ticket would be helpful as well.
