Usage pre-billing or credit system for agency clients

We’d like to request a pre-billing feature for added flexibility and control over client payments. Here’s how it could work:

• Pre-Purchase Credits: Clients can pre-purchase credits at a price we set.

• Usage Tracking: The system tracks their usage and deducts it from their balance.

• Auto-Reload Option: Clients can enable auto-reload when their balance gets low to avoid service interruptions.

• Manual Option: Notify clients as their balance is running low so they can top up manually.

Currently, the platform bills clients at the end of the cycle, but pre-billing would help agencies avoid situations where client payments fail, and we have to chase payments. This feature would enhance cash flow management and ensure uninterrupted service for our clients.
